Airman 1st Class Christopher Heyer and Airman 1st Class Zachary Resare, torque down a C-130J propeller while Airman 1st Class Jonathan Barrett reviews the technical orders for changing propellers, Oct. 6, 2008 at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. Airmen Heyer and Resare are crew chiefs and Airman Barrett is a communication navigation specialist; all are assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. Maintainers assigned to the EAMXS ensure aircraft are ready to fly missions in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Airman Heyer, a native of Wichita, Wash., Airman Resare, a native of Oregon City, Ore., and Airman Barrett, a native of Austin, Ind., are all deployed from Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark.
