The crew of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville pose for a group photo on the forecastle. Chancellorsville set up the group photo and flew the ship's battle flag in honor of the U.S. Navy's 233rd birthday. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet/NAVCENT area of responsibility. Operations in the NAVCENT area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
