A young Belizean boy takes interest in hand sanitizer and medical gloves while his mother receives medical care April 7, 2014, at the Chunox Roman Catholic Pre-School in Chunox, Belize. The care was provided as part of a medical training exercise, or MEDRETE, that offers U.S. and Canadian military doctors and nurses the opportunity to train and interact with their Belizean counterparts.
