Capt. Patrick Soule, a native of Poth, Texas, and commander of Company D, 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, attached to 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, talks with Omar Rahmani, vice chairman for the Adhamiyah District Advisory Council, about the improvements to Al Tajadud Elementary School at the official opening of the school, Oct. 26, 2008, in the Adhamiyah District of Baghdad. Multi-National Division – Baghdad facilitated a renovation project of the school with more than $200,000 from the Government of Iraq. Renovations included new classrooms, new roof and floor, a completely new electrical network and additional bathrooms with a complete sewer network.
