Capt. Patrick Soule, a native of Poth, Texas, and commander for Company D, 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, currently attached to 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment; Omar Rahmani, vice chairman for the Adhamiyah District Advisory Council; and 1st Lt. Rosita Rodriguez, from Morristown, N.J., a team chief for Company C, 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, attached to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, hand out backpacks to students at Al Tajadud Elementary School opening, Oct. 26, 2008, in the Adhamiyah District of Baghdad. Multi-National Division – Baghdad facilitated a renovation project of the school with more than $200,000 from the Government of Iraq. Renovations included new classrooms, new roof and floor, a completely new electrical network, and additional bathrooms with a complete sewer network.
