Col. John Hort, a Fayetteville, N.C., native, presents a certificate to a recent graduate to the Iraqi national police during a ceremony at Joint Security Station Suleikh in the northern Baghdad district of Adhamiyah Nov. 9, 2008. More than 20 men joined the ranks of the national police during the ceremony. Hort commands the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
