Pvt. Hope Houston, a native of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, cuts the rebar with a chop saw at Vicente Noble, Barahona, Dominican Republic, construction site on April 23. Houston is assigned to the U.S. Army South Task Force Larimar, and is participating in the 2014 Beyond the Horizon (BTH) humanitarian mission at the Dominican Republic. Task Force Larimar is currently conducting engineering works at five different sites by constructing three medical clinics and two school partitions in Barahona.
