Sgt. 1st. Class William Curtis, a native of Toledo, Ohio, plays guessing games with Dominican children at a construction site during the Beyond the Horizon 2014 mission at Barahona, Dominican Republic, April 23. Curtis is currently assigned to Task Force Larimar in support of Beyond the Horizon mission, which is currently conducting engineering works at five different sites by constructing three medical clinics and two school partitions.
