U.S. Army Col. Matt Russell, commander for the 18th Engineer Brigade, is taking a tour of the new Dibis Power Plant in Kirkuk, Iraq, Nov. 3. The plant is adding two 160 mega watt generators. All units run on sweet gas. A small scale of the new plant is located in the entrance of the office building on site. The project manager for the new Dibis generator company is, Mr. Salih Taha Al-Bedrani.
