After a briefing with Iraqi Capt. Arras Abdullah, Iraqi Oil police manager for Khurmala Dome, U.S. Army Col. Matt Russell, 18th Engineer Brigade, Commander, shakes hands before parting ways. The Khurmala Dome is the largest oil field project in the north west region of Kirkuk province in Iraq under construction. This is Russell's first visit to the Khurmala Dome project Nov. 13.
