U.S. Army Col. Matt Russell, 18th Engineer Brigade, Commander, takes a tour of the Khurmala Dome and Manifold on Nov. 13. KAR Group contractor site manager Muhammad Mustafa Sha'aban for the Khurmala Dome project is giving Col. Russell a tour of the new construction site while U.S. Soldiers pull security for them. The Khurmala Dome is the largest oil field in the northern region of Kirkuk province in Iraq under construction.
