Small lines form at pharmacy windows at Haditha Hospital, Oct. 30. The hospital, one a state-of-the-art-facility, has been reduced to almost "primitive" capabilities, according to Col. Dwight Shen, the team leader for a key leader engagement that brought Army Medical officers from the 345th Combat Support Hospital at Al Asad to Haditha Hospital. The engagement was the first step toward establishing a partnership between the two hospitals designed to help return the Iraqi hospital to its previous top-of-the-line status.
