Philippine Army Private First Class Ronald Victorio, assigned to 565th Engineer Combat Battalion, 51st Engineer Brigade, fixes a ceiling beam April 29 while working on the roof of Malobago Elementary School during Exercise Balikatan 2014 in Guinobatan, Albay Province, Philippines. The project is one of five engineering civic action program missions by Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force units in support of BK14. This year marks the 30th iteration of the exercise, which is an annual Republic of the Philippines-U.S. military bilateral training exercise and humanitarian civic assistance engagement. The project is one of five engineering civic action project missions being completed by members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. armed forces as a part of Balikatan.
