Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. Marines participate in a “boodle fight” at Malobago Elementary School April 29 in Guinobatan, Albay Province, Philippines. During the boodle fight, a traditional Filipino meal, those participating circle around the large pile food that has been dumped on top of banana leaves and grab as much food as possible using only their right hands. Malobago is one of the engineering civic action project sites being renovated as part of Exercise Balikatan, an annual bilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement between members of the AFP and U.S. armed forces.
