Rear Adm. Victor Guillory, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command (NAVSO) and U.S. Fourth Fleet (C4F) shakes hands with Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Gary Roughead during his first visit since the reestablishment of C4F last year. NAVSO is the component command for U.S Southern Command and is responsible for all Naval personnel and assets in the area of focus.
