Lt. Cmdr. Thomas "Sputnik" Louden checks all the launch stations prior to giving the signal to launch an F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Stingers" of Strike Fighter Squadron 113, during an air wing fly-off. The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan completed its air wing fly-off with the exception of the helicopters of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 4, which will fly off Nov. 25.
