Shooter Lt. Cmdr. Trey "Flash" Prim performs the traditional barefoot run of the catapults prior to launching his boots off the number three catapult aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. After shooters have completed their tour aboard an aircraft carrier, it is military tradition for them to launch their boots off a catapult as their last launch. Ronald Reagan is on a routine deployment currently operating in the 3rd Fleet area of responsibility.
