Abdjabbar Moyaed during a mass casualty drill, Nov. 20. The Iraqi doctors visited from Camp Habbaniyah's medical facilities to observe Policky's procedures and learn about the equipment he uses. "It makes me feel good to use my knowledge to help the local's capabilities," Policky said.
