Soldiers of the 824th Transportation Company (Heavy Watercraft) responded to an explosion on a 28-foot fishing boat at a dock at the North Carolina State Port in Morehead City on May 3. Here, they take a spill response boom from their pier to the nearby civilian dock in order to contain the spillage of fuel and other possible hazardous materials as a result of the explosion.
