Rear Adm. John Richardson holds a press conference, to mark the start of Noble Manta 2010, a yearly military exercise involving several NATO allies working together to perform Anti-Submarine Warfare exercises in the Ionian Sea and off the southeast coast of Sicily. The exercise started Feb. 10 and will last until Feb. 24, and involves seven submarines 18 aircraft and eight surface ships.
