Amar Masin, locksmith and generator repairman, accepts his new generator from Maj. Muhammed Husin, executive officer, 3rd Battalion, 9th Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Division, attached to 2nd Division, Maj. Tawefq, commander; 3rd Company; 3-9-3 IA attached to 2nd Div. and Capt. Alexander Rasmussen, commander, Company D, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, U.S. Army, during a mission meant to be an economic stimulus for the Al Karama area of Mosul, Iraq, Dec. 3. The IA brigade delivered the generator to the local shop owner and stopped by a local clinic to discuss more ways to help the area in the future.
