Petty Officer 2nd Class Trevor Williams, a corpsman with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 14.1, from 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, gets searched by a member of the Chadian Anti-Poaching Brigade during their final exercise, May 6, 2014. The Marines spent a month in Chad training members of the Chadian Anti-Poaching Brigade on basic infantry tactics and techniques, weapons handling, patrolling and combat lifesaving techniques. These transferable skills will help the Chadian Anti-Poaching Brigade prevent illegal activity, investigate incidents and pursue criminals as part of an effort to collaborate with foreign government partners to build their capacity to counter illicit trafficking.
