Bianca Sanders prepared rice, spicy shrimp kabobs with pineapples and red and green bell peppers, a stuffed sugar cookie, spicy stuffed clams and tea made from the extract of an orchid to present to the judges of the Chef of the Quarter competition at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., May 29, 2014. The Fayetteville, N.C., native won this years competition. Winners of the Chef of the Quarter competition move on to compete in the Chef of the Year competition where they battle for a chance to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
