Noah Cline, a signal systems support specialist from Franklin, Indiana, with the Army Reserve 3rd Battalion, 411th Regiment (Logistical Support Battalion), works on a radio in a humvee June 3 behind the 104th Troop Command Battalion garage in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Cline worked with Soldiers from the U.S. Virgin Islands 651st Maintenance Company to set up communications in preparation of Operation Forward Guardian II, a hurricane relief exercise on St. Croix featuring components of the Army Reserve, U.S. Virgin Islands National Guard, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard as well as local emergency response agencies in the Virgin Islands.
