Staff Sgt. Christopher Tobias opens a panel on a Theater Airborne Reconnaissance System mounted on an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 21. Tobias, one of four 332nd Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron avionics maintainers responsible for the 332nd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron's TARS pods, is a native of Long Beach, Calif., and is deployed from Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.
