Soldiers from Hotel Troop, 1-303rd Cavalry, 81st Brigade Combat Team, sprint to their simulated casualties at the Medical Training Simulation Center at Camp Buehring, Kuwait on Oct. 22. Medics and combat lifesavers practiced life-saving techniques on MEDI dummies that breathed, blinked, bled and produced a pulse. Members of the Washington Army National Guard's 81st BCT spent a few weeks at Camp Buehring before deploying to various bases across Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
