The staffs of both the Georgian Armed Forces and the U.S. Marines from Black Sea Rotational Force 14, participants in exercise Agile Spirit 14, synchronize and coordinate tactical-level engagements in the Joint Command Operations Center for the next training engagements in Vaziani Training Area, Georgia, June 12. Daily bilateral meetings between the two militaries foster small-unit interactions through brigade and battalion-level engagements that strengthen the strategic friendship and operational partnerships of the U.S. and Georgia. BSRF-14 provides U.S. Marine Forces Europe and Africa a robust, rotational capability to maintain proven partnerships and strategic friendships in the Black Sea, Balkans and Caucasus regions while providing a rapid-response capability to U.S. European Command.
