Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick, (R-Pa.) meets with fellow statesman Spc. Atiya Williams of Detachment 3, 408th Personnel Services Battalion from Philadelphia Pa., at the Camp Arifjan Zone 6 dining facility Wednesday. Representatives stopped through Kuwait to visit with servicemembers as part of the Second Amendments tour for the troops. The Second Amendments is a bipartisan band comprised of five elected members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
