Rep. Jon Porter (R-Nev.) meets with fellow statesman 1st Lt. Marthana Loddy of 377th Theater Support Command, from Ely, Nev. at the Camp Arifjan Zone 6 dining facility Wednesday. Representatives stopped through Kuwait to visit with servicemembers as part of the Second Amendments tour for the troops. The Second Amendments is a bipartisan band comprised of five elected members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
