Capt. Kevin Danaher climbs out of the cockpit of his F-16 Fighting Falcon after being promoted in an airborne ceremony over Iraq, Dec. 25. Lt. Col. Shane Riza, commander of the 14th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, administered the oath of office to Danaher while in flight. Danaher, the 14th EFS standardization and evaluations liaison officer and a native of Crystal River, Fla., is deployed from Misawa Air Base, Japan.
