Commanders from three Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, assigned to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, strategically stage in order to proceed with live-fire operations during exercise Combined Resolve II at the U.S. Army Joint Multinational Training Command's training grounds, June 12, 2014. This is the first time the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, has performed gunnery training with the European Activity Set. The EAS is a battalion-sized group of armored vehicles and equipment prepositioned at the U.S. Army's Joint Multinational Training Command in Grafenwoehr to support and outfit U.S. Army rotational forces' abilities to train and perform contingency missions while in Europe.
