Daley Center in downtown Chicago June 13. The six-hour celebration, coordinated by the U.S. Army’s Midwestern public affairs office, based in Chicago, received participation from various military units, organizations, and leaders to include Gen. David Perkins, commanding general, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.
