Hungarian Maj. Bernadett Polgar, chief investigator for the Multinational Force and Observers, gives a thumbs up as Maj. Angela Diebal, physical therapist assigned to 1st Support Battalion, Task Force Sinai, Multinational Force and Observers performs therapeutic dry-needle therapy June 17, 2014, during a routine appointment on North Camp, Sinai, Egypt. Dry needling also known as Intramuscular manual therapy is just one of the many techniques Diebal uses to ensure a fast recovery for Soldiers stationed in the Sinai. The technique is often feared among MFO Soldiers because of the needles but Diebal's recent successes have made it a popular choice for treatment. (U.S. Army Photo By: Sgt.
