A new 11kv line now powers the Abu Ghraib Hospital, west of Baghdad. The line was completed in November and the more than two dozen physicians are able to run basic services without disturbance, including laboratory equipment, refrigeration of medications and more complex neonatal incubators and echocardiograms.
