Sgt. Lance J. Clifford, an intelligence analyst for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command from Marysville, Wash., applies a tourniquet to a dummy during the 2014 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
