Staff Sgt. Justin Wright, an infantryman with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Brigade, 100th Division (Institutional Training), 80th Training Command (The Army School System), from Chico, Calif., performs first aid for burns on a dummy during the 2014 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Forty-two junior enlisted Soldiers and noncommissioned officers throughout the Reserve are competing in the event, which challenges their physical, mental, and tactical abilities, to win Reserve Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
