Both Soldiers are deployed to the Air Force's 380th Air Expeditionary Wing from the 5-52 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, Fort Bliss, Texas. The vehicles support the first Army Patriot mission to be incorporated into the 380th AEW's mission in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. Private Puerner is from Green Bay, Wis. Warrant Officer Haddock is from West Virginia.
