Sailors from the U.S.S. Oscar Austin (DDG-79) and paratroopers from Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, line up on either side of a Marine color guard as it marches the American and U.S. Marine Corps flag toward the stage during an early Fourth of July celebration held June 26 outside the home of Jeffrey D. Levine, U.S. ambassador to Estonia, in the capital city of Tallinn. Approximately 600 paratroopers from the brigade are in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland as part of an unscheduled land-forces exercise to demonstrate commitment to NATO obligations and sustain interoperability with allied forces.
