Spc. Rosa Willette of Fort Worth, Texas, works with the communications group. She is a good resource and the heart of the tactical operations center, communications for the Bravo Company, 949th Brigade Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade Troops Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade. Willette helps Staff Sgt. Kenneth Banks, a native of Memphis, Tenn., set up a laptop with the company printer. Strong communication is critical to the Army's success. A multichannel transmission systems operator-maintainer, she works directly on communication devices and equipment that communicate through more than one channel. They are responsible for installation, repair, operation and maintenance check of these devices, antennae and associated equipment. Willette has all the knowledge to keep the tactical operations center operating.
