The 545th Transportation Harbormaster Detachment's Harbormaster Command and Control Center (HCCC) provides port traffic control on the shores of Ford Island, Hawaii, as Logistic Support Vessel-2, U.S. Army Vessel CW3 Harold C. Clinger, and a New Zealand navy Landing Craft Medium watercraft approach to conduct Combined Joint Logistics Over the Shore (CJLOTS) ops, July 11 as part of exercise Rim of the Pacific 2014. The LSV has both bow and stern ramps for roll-on and -off operations and can beach itself to load or discharge cargo over the shore in as little as 4 feet of water. (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
