U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Darrell Mathieu, Independent Duty Medical Technician assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron (ERQS), directs Airmen assigned to the 303rd ERQS, as well two French Airmen, to their positions for a mass casualty exercise at Gran Bara, Djibouti, July 7, 2014.
