U.S. Air Force Pararescuemen assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron (ERQS) carry a patient on a litter to a landed HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter assigned to the 303rd ERQS during a mass casualty exercise at Gran Bara, Djibouti, July 7, 2014. The joint exercise included Airmen from the 303rd ERQS, as well as two French Airmen, playing the role of casualties; the U.S. Army 1st Infantry Division, 2nd Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, Headquarters, Headquarters Company infantrymen providing the security detail; and an 81st ERQS flight crew with an HC-130P Combat King aircraft waiting at another location for trans-load of casualties.
