A tight iliotibial band can lead to sharp knee pain. Stretch the ITB by cross the non-injured leg over the leg to stretch. Support yourself on a wall or sturdy object.
Move your hips toward the wall and lean your upper body away from the wall until you feel a stretch on the
outside of your leg.
