White, color sergeant for the MEU, lead the unit on a combat boots and utilities formation run aboard Fort Pickett, Va., Jan. 18. The 22nd MEU formation run was held to build unit cohesion, and consisted of approximately 1,600 Marines. The 22nd MEU is conducting Realistic Urban Training at Fort Pickett in preparation for their upcoming deployment in the spring.
