Members of the Utah National Guard chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive enhanced response force packages (CERF-P) team respond to a simulated disaster area during the National Guard PATRIOT 2014 exercise at Volk Field, Wis. The CERF-P team worked closely with local volunteer medical personnel as well as relief elements of the Red Cross and The Salvation Army. The team has a command and control section, a decontamination element, a medical element, a casualty search and extraction element and a fatalities search and recovery element.
