Soldiers of the 594th Transportation Company – part of the 101st Airborne Division from Fort Campbell, Ky. now in support of Joint Logistic Task Force 28 of the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) – prepare to inspect their new mine resistant ambush protected vehicles. The unit will begin to use the MRAPs as part of their convoy escort teams moving supplies in and out of Iraq. "These MRAPs are a blessing," said Staff Sgt. Nick Lawrence of Moss Point, Miss. The company is on its second deployment in support of the same mission from two years ago.
