Staff Sgt. Mark McArthur, drum major for the 1st Cavalry Division Band, leads a group of musicians during the Spring Ho Parade in Lampasas, Texas, July 12. The parade is a part of the Spring Ho Festival that takes place every year. Members of the band travel around Central Texas to perform and build relations with the local community.
