Diplomats, military leaders and distinguished guests from Trinidad and Tobago board an MV-22 Osprey to be transported to the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6), July 25, 2014, for a formal tour. The tour showcased the humanitarian assistance and disaster relief capabilities that the Marines and Sailors bring to the ship and out partner-nations in the region. Ships like America are what provide the Navy-Marine Corps team the ability to be the right force, in the right place at the right time. America is currently transiting around South America on her maiden transit, “America Visits the Americas,” and is scheduled to be commission Oct. 11 in San Francisco. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
