    Petty Officer 2nd Class Patrick Hargrove is placed on an improvised stretcher July 11 during the Jungle Medicine Combat Course at the Jungle Warfare Training Center on Camp Gonsalves. The other corpsmen constructed the stretcher from their blouses and tree branches to properly secure Hargrove.
