Airman 1st Class Mary Boerger shows a young boy a picture of himself taken with her camera at the Belovodsk, or Belovodosky orphanage, north of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Airmen from nearby Manas Air Base visit the orphanage frequently to share friendship and donated toys, as well as clothing, blankets, diapers and toiletries. There are more than 265 disabled children in the orphanage between the ages of 4 and 18. Boerger is deployed with the 376th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
